The following is a small list of pertinent information. However, this is not a full set of restrictions. The complete set of restrictions is available by opening the link below.

  1. All Homes must be stick built. Their plans and site design must be approved in writing by the Developer prior to construction.
  2. All homes must be a minimum of 2200 inclusive square feet and have brick foundations. All roof pitches must be 7/12.
  3. No more than one detached outbuilding per lot may be constructed with a minimum of 150 square feet and built to match the home. All outbuildings must be approved in wirting by the Developer prior to construction.
  4. All driveways must have a culvert pipe and be hard surfaced.
  5. Association dues of $250 per lot for the calendar years 2007 and 2008. Association dues increasing $50 per year for five years. The Developer will contribute $1000 per lot to the Property Owner's Association Account for the first 10 lots sold.
