1. All homes must be new - never lived in.
2. No singlewide mobile homes are permitted. All homes must be doublewide, modular, or stick built with a minimum of 1200 square feet.
3. All homes must have a perimeter block foundation. Skirting is not permitted.
4. No more than one detached outbuilding per lot.
5. Association dues of $150 per lot, is to be paid on January 1st of each year. These dues go toward monthly utility bills for street lighting, snow removal, maintenance of roads, etc.
6. All homes must have a shingle roof, vinyl or aluminum lap siding, composition T111 vertical siding in combination, if applicable.
7. All lots must have a culvert pipe and stove driveway
