Carlton R. Moore Sr. - Founder & Broker
Carlton founded Indian River Land Company in 1969. In 1988 Carlton turned over ownership of the family real estate business to his son, daughter, and nephew.
Carlton and his wife, Hilda, reside in Georgetown.
Carlton has developed more than fifty communities and projects in lower Delaware. He has been active in civic, church and community organizations. Carlton Spent over 29 years with youth programs specifically as coach and building chairman of Georgetown Little League. He is currently a founder and Chairman of the Board for Historic Georgetown Association an organization responsible for the restored Georgetown Train Station and is currently involved with the revitalization of Kimmeytown. Carlton has always been actively involved in the community and has served on numerous committees county and statewide. Carlton also enjoys spending time with his two grown children and his three grandchildren.

Lisa Hershelman - REALTOR®
Lisa has been with Indian River Land Company, Inc. for 18 years and has been a REALTOR® for 20 years. Lisa handles residential, commercial, land listings and sales along with rentals.
Lisa and her husband, Jim, have two sons. Their oldest son, Josh, a graduate of University of Delaware recently moved back to the area to take a job with Key Advisors Group in Lewes. Lisa''s youngest son, Blake, is a graduate of St. John''s University in Queens, New York. Blake was an outfielder and designated hitter for the Redstorm Baseball Team. Lisa and her husband enjoyed following the baseball team and have traveled to Florida, California, Texas, Minnesota, and other states to support the team and enjoy the games.
Lisa enjoys spending her free time at home with her two dogs, Bart and Sammy.
Lisa is well known throughout the community due to her civic and community involvement through her church and Historic Georgetown Association. Lisa is a top producer in residential sales and listing.

Kelly DeLeon - REALTOR®
Kelly joined the Indian River Land Company team in January of 2006 after receiving her real estate license. Previously, she has had years of experience in the real estate industry as she worked for a Delaware Beach Real Estate Firm as a Rental Agent and Administrative Assistant for over 4 years while attending college.
Kelly is also a National Board Certified Librarian with a Master's Degree of Instruction and is the Library Media Specialist at North Georgetown Elementary School. Kelly's husband Brian, is employed by Pyramid Trucking as a dispatcher. Their sons Lane, 15, and Trace, 13, both attend Sussex Technial High School and the Sussex Academy of Arts and Sciences where they are both members of the baseball team. Lane and Trace are also both members of the Delaware Blue Hens Baseball Team of which Brian is one of the head coaches.
Among Kelly's other interest is Crossfit, and the entire family works out together nightly at Crossfit Lewes as a way to stay in shape.

Lynn W. Moore - Broker of Record, Appraiser
Lynn is an owner of Indian River Land Co., Inc. and is a licensed Broker and Certified Real Estate Appraiser. Lynn handles all aspects of sales and appraisals and works with our REALTORS® in all aspects to bring to the client the best possible service.
Lynn resides near Georgetown with his wife Judy and has two grown daughters, Lisa and Christy and three granddaughters, Katelyn, Michal, Alexis and one grandson, Jackson.
Lynn is a founder and active member of the Board of Directors for Delmarva Christian High School. Lynn is also very involved in Central Worship and is a Sunday School teacher. Lynn has a Master's Degree in History and has been an instructor at Wilmington University since 1997. Lynn is also a basketball referee and enjoys playing softball in his spare time.

Cathi Moore Lind - Vice President
Cathi joined Indian River Land Company, Inc. in 1981 representing the second generation of the Moore family business. She handles the management responsibilities including the financial aspects.
Cathi and her husband Terry reside in Georgetown. Terry is the Communications Supervisor for the Sussex County Engineering Department and has been a member of Georgetown Fire Company for the last 30 years.
Cathi and her family are members of Grace United Methodist Church in Millsboro. Cathi serves as Church Treasurer, and is Co Chair for "Scrapbooking for Missions."
Cathi enjoys walking, bike riding, scrapbooking, and spending quiet time with her cat Charli and not so quiet time with her puppy Lindi.

Kenneth Sutton, III - REALTOR®
Indian River Land Company, Inc. is proud to welcome Ken Sutton to our family. Ken is a retired Detective Sergeant with the Delaware State Police. He is also a local Sussex County businessman sharing ownership of Village Green Florist with his wife.
Ken has held his real estate license for over 35 years. He has put together some large sophisticated deals with his years in the industry. Ken also takes a different outlook on land use than some other as he ran for political office some time ago, he encouraged smart growth.
Ken and his wife, Sherry, enjoy spending summers in Ocean City, Maryland at their beach home. They enjoy boating, fishing, and clamming. They also enjoy spending time at their home in Millsboro with their two miniature poodles, Trooper and Sophie, aka Salt and Pepper by their friends. (One is white and the other is black).

Christopher M. Lind - Associate Broker, REALTOR®
Chris is the third generation of Moore's at Indian River Land Company, Inc. Chris began working at Indian River Land Company after graduating from college with his degree in Business Administration. Chris received is Real Estate License in 2006, and received his Broker's License in 2012.
Born and raised in Sussex County, Chris is comfortable showing clients the area from the beaches to western Sussex County.
Chris is active in the Sussex County Association of REALTORS® and is currently the chair for the Young Professionals Network. Chris has also sat on the Association's MLS Committee.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys playing golf, fishing, jogging and working out. During the summer, Chris enjoys going surf fishing at the beach.

Sherry L. Swift - Administrative Assistant
Sherry has been with Indian River Land Company for over 20 years since graduating from Sussex Central High School. She handles all day-to-day operations of Indian River Land Company, Inc.
Sherry, and her two sons, Matthew and Shane live in Georgetown. Matthew is an avid football and baseball player where he not only plays for his school team but he also plays Little League. Shane enjoys karate in his spare time as well as little league.
Sherry is not only active with her boys school and sports activities but also active in her church. As a member of HGA she plays an important (behind the scenes) support role.

Kristy Brittingham - REALTOR®
In January of 2008 Kristy Brittingham joined Indian River Land Company, Inc. Kristy is a native of Sussex County and has 25 years of financial planning experience, including bank management and mortgage lending.
Kristy is the proud mother of Leslee Hazzard & Derek Magee. She is also happy to announce she is a first time grandmother to Braydon James Hazzard. Kristy enjoys spending time with her fiancé Mike, children, and watching her son play sports.
Kristy participates in Read-A-Loud program and is a mentor volunteer at East Millsboro Elementary School. She attends Bayshore Community Church in Millsboro.

Carol F. Cordrey - REALTOR®
Carol Cordrey joined Indian River Land Company in June 2008 as a REALTOR®. Carol is originally from the Washington, D.C. area and has lived in Sussex County for 25 years. She has a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Bridgewater College in Virginia. Her professional background is in management / systems analysis. She has experience in the Federal Government Department of Navy in Washington, D.C. and in the private sector at Perdue headquarter operations in Salisbury, Maryland.
Carol and her husband, Jack, reside in the Georgetown area. Jack is an attorney and Commissioner of Alcoholic Beverage Control for the State of Delaware. They have two sons. Their oldest, John, is a 3rd year law student at Villanova Law School and is a summer associate at Morris, Nichols, Arsht and Tunnell law firm in Wilmington. Bryan, their youngest, is a Computer Information Systems major at University of Delaware and is a summer intern at Inclind, a website design firm in Georgetown.
Carol enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and gardening. She serves as the Communion Steward at Grace United Methodist Church in Georgetown, a position she has held for 9 years. Carol has been actively involved for years in volunteer work with community and school programs.
