The following is a small list of pertinent information. However, this is not a full set of restrictions. The complete set of restrictions is available by opening the link below.
- All Homes must be stick built. Their plans and site design must be approved in writing by the Developer prior to construction.
- All homes must be a minimum of 2200 inclusive square feet and have brick foundations. All roof pitches must be 7/12.
- No more than one detached outbuilding per lot may be constructed with a minimum of 150 square feet and built to match the home. All outbuildings must be approved in wirting by the Developer prior to construction.
- All driveways must have a culvert pipe and be hard surfaced.
- Association dues of $250 per lot. Association dues increasing $50 per year for five years. The Developer will contribute $1000 per lot to the Property Owner's Association Account for the first 10 lots sold.

From Route 113 and 24 follow Millsboro Highway West for 2 miles. Turn right onto Phillips Hill Road and immediately turn right onto Revel Road. Merge on to Lakeview Road. The Villages at Beacon Meadows will be on the left.
