Kelly joined Indian River Land Company, Inc. in January of 2006 after receiving her real estate license. Previously, she has had years of experience in the real estate industry as she worked for a Delaware Beach Real Estate Firm as a Rental Agent and Administrative Assistant for over 4 years while attending college. Kelly is also a National Board Certified Librarian with a Master's Degree of Instruction and is the Library Media Specialist and International Baccalaureate coordinator at Sussex Central High School.
Kelly's husband Brian, is employed by Pyramid Trucking as a dispatcher. Kelly has two sons, Lane, 20, who is aviation student and pitcher at Delaware State University, and Trace, 18, who attends the University of Delaware and works at the family business, CrossFit Unlocked.
CrossFit is Kelly's other passion, and the entire family works out together nightly at Crossfit Unlocked as a way to stay in shape.
Lisa has been a REALTOR® with Indian River Land Company, Inc. for over 28 years and has been a REALTOR® in Sussex County for 30 years. During her career, she has been a five time receipient of Delaware Today Magizine's Five Star Professional. Lisa handles residential and commercial sales as well as property management.
Lisa lives in Georgetown with her husband, Jim. She has two sons that currently reside in Lewes, Delaware with thier families. When Lisa is not working, she enjoys spending time with her four grandchildren, Audrey, Olivia, Grant & Cora Lee.

Chris is the third generation at Indian River Land Company, Inc. Chris began working at Indian River Land Company after graduating from college with his degree in Business Administration. Chris received is Real Estate License in 2006, and received his Broker's License in 2011. He is currently the companies Managing Broker handling the day-to-day operations of the company.
Born and raised in Sussex County, Chris is comfortable showing clients the area from the beaches to western Sussex County.
Actively involved in the real estate industry, Chris is currently the 1st Vice President of the Sussex County Association of REALTORS®, and is also serving as a Director on the state level with the Delaware Association of REALTORS®. In the past, Chris has served on the Sussex County Association of REALTORS® MLS Committee, was the past chair of the Association's Young Professionals Network and served as a Director, and 2nd Vice President on the Board of Directors.

Sherry Mitchell joined Indian River Land Company, Inc. in May 2013 as a REALTOR® and has been a top producer since that time. She is a life-long resident of Sussex County. Sherry graduated from Wilmington University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education and retired from teaching in the Indian River School District in 2011.
Sherry and her husband Jeff reside in Millsboro and have one daughter and one granddaughter. Sherry enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, reading, and enjoying the local beaches.

Carlton founded Indian River Land Company, Inc. in 1969. In 1988 Carlton turned over ownership of the family real estate business to his son, daughter, and nephew. Carlton and his wife, Hilda, reside in Georgetown.
Carlton has developed more than fifty communities and projects in lower Delaware. He has been active in civic, church and community organizations. Carlton Spent over 29 years with youth programs specifically as coach and building chairman of Georgetown Little League.
He is currently a founder and Chairman of the Board for Historic Georgetown Association an organization responsible for the restored Georgetown Train Station and is currently involved with the revitalization of Kimmeytown. Carlton has always been actively involved in the community and has served on numerous committees county and statewide. Carlton also enjoys spending time with his two grown children and his three grandchildren.
Lynn is an owner of Indian River Land Company, Inc. and an associate broker. He resides near Georgetown with his wife, Judy and has two grown daughters, Lisa and Christy; three grand daughters, Katelyn, Michal and Lexi; and one grand son, Jackson.
Lynn is one of the founders of Delmarva Christian High School in Georgetown and serves on the school's Board of Directors. He has s Master's Degree in History and is the Regional Chair, as well as, History Chair for Wilmington University. Lynn is actively involved the Historic Georgetown Association as Vice President and also involved in church activities.
He is a high school basketball official in Delaware and enjoyed playing softball for over 30 years.
Ed Reynolds joined Indian River Land Company in June 2015 after three years with another real estate firm in Sussex County. Ed is a native of Georgetown, where he has lived all his life except for six years in the United States Air Force. Ed and his wife, Susan, also a Georgetown native have one daughter Nicole, a dog and three guinea pigs. Both their families are Sussex County natives. Ed was a million dollar producer in the late 80’s before starting a career in accounting, first in public accounting and later as a controller for a local company, but his love for the real estate profession drew him back. Dawn Robinson joined Indian River Land Company in July 2012 as a REALTOR®. Dawn Robinson has just recently joined Indian River Land Company, Inc. Dawn was born and raised in Sussex County. She graduated from Salisbury University in 1997 and has been employed as an adjunct instructor at Delaware Technical and Community College since 1999. Dawn and her husband, Aaron, reside in Georgetown with their two daughters. Their oldest, Grace, is an avid equestrian. At only six years old, she keeps Dawn and Aaron busy with her love of horses. Cathi joined Indian River Land Company, Inc. in 1981 representing the second generation of the Moore family business. She handles the management responsibilities including the financial aspects. Cathi and her husband Terry reside in Georgetown.
Terry is the Communications Supervisor for the Sussex County Engineering Department and has been a member of Georgetown Fire Company for the last 30 years.
