Charles Stevenson (REALTOR®)

Known by most by his nickname "Stevie" joined Indian River Land Company, Inc. in 2016 after receiving his real estate license. 

Born and raised in Georgetown, Stevie is a 2005 graduate of Sussex Central High School. Stevie has been serving his community not only through real estate, but also as a 3rd generation volunteer firefighter. Joining the Georgetown Volunteer Fire Department as soon as he could at the age of 18, and now a life member, and current Assistant Fire Chief with numerous awards. 

Stevie and his wife Andrea reside in Georgetown with their daughter Adalynne “Addy” and son Charles the 6th “Crew”. When not working he enjoys hunting, watching anything racing and spending time with family and friends.
